Domestic
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.
Delivery times are additional; please allow 1-5 business days for Melbourne Metro and 3-8 business days for Regional and Interstate. Delays may occur that are out of our control and may be dependent on your location.
We offer free local delivery (within a 12km radius of Brunswick VIC 3056) and $10 Flat Rate shipping on all orders Australia-wide*.
*Delivery is not available within the Northern Territory.
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase alcohol and will require valid ID and a signature on delivery. For this reason orders will be not be left unattended and we are unable to deliver to a PO box.
International
We are unable to ship alcohol products internationally at this stage.
Merch can be shipped to the following destinations:
Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and Venezuela.
RETURNS
Returns will be reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis with either, a full refund less return shipping costs, or a replacement (subject to stock availability).
Please contact us at info@malocchiodrinks.com.au within 7 days from receipt of delivery with the reason for return and wait for confirmation before returning the item.
Items must be unused and in its original condition.
